The Top 5 Websites in the world I would assume is the best places to promote a new website. Google= SEO as usual Facebook=Fan Pages YouTube= Talk about services you offer and topics you cover. Yahoo= Promote through your friends list and Yahoo Blog and Yahoo Profile Windows Live= Same as yahoo also using windows live (blogs)
